Lotwillow Ltd was formed in 1988 to provide software consultancy. In 2000 bookkeeping services were added, with payroll services being introduced in 2006. The company is registered in England number 02258242 and the VAT registration number is GB 467 9755 77.

Johanna Davies
Jo is the main point of contact for all bookkeeping and payroll enquiries. She has been doing the books and payroll for Lotwillow Ltd since 1998 and has developed her skills through home-study of accredited bookkeeping courses, successfully passing:
- International Association of Book‑Keepers, (IAB)
- Foundation Level Book‑Keeping.
Computerised Accounts (Sage Line 50) Level 3.
Units 1 & 2, Level 2, Manual Payroll. - Pitman Qualifications
- Book‑Keeping and Accounts, Level 2.
After a client asked if she could help with their bookkeeping in 2000 she realised that she could provide the same service to other small businesses.
Gareth Davies
When Gareth is not providing software consultancy to other clients, he looks after Lotwillow's IT systems, provides limited technical support, and carries out data entry and some simpler bookkeeping tasks under Jo's direction.
