Bookkeeping
The following services can be provided at the customer's premises or off-site:
- Converting from manual accounts to computerised systems.
- Customising accounts software to meet business requirements.
- Maintaining ledgers, reconciling control accounts and cash-books.
- Updating pre-payments and accruals at month end.
- Producing reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, forecast statements and VAT returns.
- Providing guidance on how to carry out various procedures using Sage accounts software.
Where the customer's own computers and software are used all versions of Sage and QuickBooks are supported, however Sage 50 Accounts is strongly recommended and is used for new off-site customers where no preference is expressed.
If required a combination of on-site and off-site working is possible, optionally using remote access over an encrypted link to accounts software running on the client's computers.
All bookkeeping services are charged at a flat rate. If a payroll is also included this is charged on a time-taken basis at the same rate.
